motor mounting

ok, i have searched, and i can't seem to find the exact answer anywhere. i have seem two different types of motor mount plates, and the spohn type with the u shaped steel piece. my question is which would be best to use? wouldn't they all put the engine in a slightly different location? i want to swap an 03 lq4 into my 91 bird. i already have the t56, and i will get the 6.0 as soon as i can get rid of my t5 and tpi, but i wanted to start amassing all the small parts like motor mounts. any help would be appreciated greatly. thanks,

nick

Five7kid has used both. Depending on what "exactly" you are doing either one might work
