Here is the problem, i have been reading about VATS system for about two weeks now, and trying to figure out how to get this car started. i have the lt1 engine, pcm(ecm) and wiring harness for the motor. i have tied the two wiring harnesses into each other and have power to the gauges, check engine light, ect ect. when i turn the car on, the fuel pump comes on by ignition, not toggle switch, but the engine will not crank. i read the vats system shuts off the fuel pump and the starter, but the fuel pump works and i have not touched the vats module. i have checked the park/ neutral switch and its wired in correctly. i even tried jumping the starter over with a screwdriver, it turned over, but acted like it had no spark. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.
