F-body vs. vette LT1

I have a 1994 camaro LT1 and want to run corvette LT1 bracket for the alternator so I can run the Corvette LT1 procharger kit.

I have an ATI damper for a 1994 camaro. Can this be used with a corvette setup or do I need to get a damper specifically for a corvette LT1? Im not sure if there is an alignment difference for the belt.

I am not running PS or A/C.

you need to get one for the corvette. the vette drive belt is about an inch further away from the engine.

Is this the only thing that is really that different? How about radiator and hoses... is that different between the two?

the fbody wp is different than the vette one. but the wp is not belt driven so that irrelevant to your original question. All you have to do to use vette accessories with the fbody engine is to get a corvette crank pulley.

Do you have this bracket yet? If not, let me know, I have a complete set of LT1 vette accessories in the garage I'm trying to get out of here.

Re: F-body vs. vette LT1

Ok, I will probably jsut try to get a hold of an entire corvette crank, hub setup and then now I need to try and return or swap my F-body ATI damper with a Corvette one.

Jay87z - I am going to get an alternator bracket from March because I do not need that whole corvette bracket. Takes up too much space and is heavy. I am keepign things very minimal and will just ahve an alt. bracket
