I have an odbi lt1 installed in a 91 RS.
I did not do the swap.
When I start the car it idles fine, it seems that when it goes into closed loop the idle is unstable.
It idles at 750 and at closed loop it drops real low and sometimes catches itself for a min and then goes low again.
The PCM has been tuned by the previous owner, I have the laptop and software but as yet no clue on what it tells me or how to use it. (Tunercat)

Could try cleaning the IAC. It might not be the IAC though. Closed loop is the only time the O2's are being used by the PCM. May be other sensors too that are only used in closed loop.
