1995 LT1 and LT4 Hotcam?

Hey, im doing an LT1 motor swap into a 1987 Firebird, the LT1 i have is from a 1995 Fleetwood, when i do a search for cams on summit using 1995 fleetwood, I dont get the GM Part: NAL-24502586 (LT4 Hotcam), is there a reason this cam wont work in the 1995 Fleetwood LT1?

Is it the cast vs alum heads?

Thanks!

The cam will fit any GEN I or GEN II engine. That means any roller SBC or LTx

The differences come in the dowel pin length. Just hammer it in if its too long or grind it down to fit your needs

It'll fit just fine. Its a good cam but there are others available now that are better for a mild build.
