Emissions block off plates

I bought a set of block off plates - 3 came in the set. I know the two that go on the back on the LT1 intake but where does the third one go? It only has one hole for one screw/bolt. I have no idea where it goes or if I even need it.

Also, does it matter if you use the gaskets that come with the set? I am just planning to use RTV to seal these up and not worry about no cheapo gaskets.

Anyone? Pic would help if you got it.

Thanks

It should go to the manifold. If you're using a SBC exhaust either headers or manifolds, the hole wont be there so the plate cant be used

RTV will be fine for anything on the intake. If its attached to the exhaust anywhere, the graphite gaskets are required
