Hi guy's I'm finally finishing up my LT1 swap and she runs YAY for me lol. anyway i have a quick question, I'm using a harness from a 96 Caprice. And on the diagram i have is for a 95...I need help with the tach wire, the pinout for the tach says impala only? and the wire thats there is a different color, I dont have the info in front of me but i was wondering if on a 96 caprice harness if the tach wire is supposed to be purple...Like a said the car now runs i'm just trying to figure out the guage stuff now. I'm sorry for the crappy discription i ment to grab the diagrams and left them on the car and im working on it about ten miles from home so i cant just go back and get it. Help would be great with any luck it'll be drivable by the end of next week

Re: tach

PCM A13 (red connector white wire) is the one you want. Directly connect it to your tach wire from the 3rd gen harness
