I got on hawks third gen and saw they had ac hoses for ls1 swap only if you had headers. I am running the stock manifolds. I wandered what you guys did for your hoses. I am using the ls1 compressor with everything else third gen.

Hey bossman< got those lines you looked at on line and I'm using 06 vette compressor and a F-body ac bracket..on my Mastmotor sports LSX427 and Procharger(D-1)...
Started working on the ac today and lines look alittle long but will work..I'm using the third gen Accumulator and AC/Heater box with a little plastic missin.
I have custom headers 1 7/8 but I don't see why you would have any probs with stock..if time and figuring the pic thing on there I will try to send you pics.GOOOD LUCK

 

On Hawks they have a pic of the lines with headers and it is wide open with lots of room. Then I went out and looked at mine with the manifolds and the egr port on the manifold looks like it might be in the way. I have some 01 manifolds that might help me with some more room.
