Hello Everyone!

Did Camaro Performers Magazine run a tech series on installing an LS1 engine in a Third Gen back in '06 or '07? I vaguely remember a few articles on a red Third Gen LS swap.

Unfortunately I don't have access to too many old issues of Camaro Performers Magazine before I started writing for them and Source Interlink doesn't have a great archive of this title.

If you have knowledge of this LS1 swap series or such a series even existed, please let me know.

i have a build thread consists of a stock ls1/ t56 in my 87 iroc
4th gen drive train. a more modern interior "4th gen dash".
4th gen fuel tank a never ending project

There's a number of really cool, HIGHLY detailed build threads on this forum. I know my build thread is like 11 pages or something like that, and Justin's Trans Am build is way longer than that...a handful of us just about covered every single bolt and nut that goes into this swap.

 

thanks you sir. i wasnt sure if camaro performers was a monthly magazine. i bough them ocasionally usually when they have 3rd gen a while back there was a red 92 z and lt1. some good looking cars.
