LT1 Engine & TBi top possible?

OK, I got a LT1 engine, but is very hard to find a harness & PCM in my country...

The question is can I put the 305 L03 TBi intake and the whole fuel/ignition system over the LT1 engine and run it?

Should I:
Swap to 350 TBi injectors?
Swap the ECM?
What can I Improve out of this?
EDELBROCK TBi intake & Turbocity bigger Throttle body would help?

HELP APPRECIATED PLEASE!!

No, you can't do that. Sorry. Every solution I can think of requires you to order parts from the U.S. A. and have them shipped to you.

If you redrilled the intake to the LT1 bolt patter you could potentially run it with the TBI induction and IGN system, but it'd require a wierd tune which would seem even more difficult to locate in your country

Easiest would be to order a harness from the USA and run the LT1 complete

Pocket hit on the best solution, in theory. But slightly cheaper, possibly, to order the GMPP carb'd LT1 intake, plus an adapter, then put your TBI on that. Or also order a non-computer HEI, and a carb, and just run it that way.

I see the Lt1 ECM and harnesses all the time on eBay.
The speed density ecm is vary expensive and hard to find the mas air ecm is cheaper and not hard to find.

Re: LT1 Engine & TBi top possible?

It doesn't take much to make a carb manifold for a SBC work on an LT1. Just have to redrill the mounting bolt holes and block off the thermostat housing opening on the front. You can use LT1 intake gaskets as a template to mark out the new bolt holes.

A TBI system will work just fine on a carb intake, and the LT1 still has all the machining done for running a traditional distributor as well. I don't see why you can't do it?

I vote for getting a harness and PCM off of eBay.
