the rims only come in a backspacing for the 4th gen f bodys so you'd need spacers for them to fit correctly, OR a 4th gen rearend

Only people that order a f13 are people that dont want to make real power lol. If I did go back auto it would be a 4200-4400 converter in a 4l80e

What'd you have to do to get the panels to fit? I've been trying to find some info on those, but no one goes into detail.

i would honestly not recommend anyone that doesnt have the time/temper/skills to do the whole interior swap... BUT the center console is a direct bolt in, the dash isnt that bad once you actually get started, the wiring is kinda a pita and the door panels..... i cant even say what i would like to say about the door panels. you have to remove alot from the actual door to get them to fit, BUT as said it can be done with enough time and patience.

4 cupholders in my car, makes it so nice going to a car show with a gatorade in one and 2 bottles of water in the back ones, or sitting in the staging lanes while cooking in the 90 degree heat and drinking one. I'd never go back to a thirdgen console

I have a feeling I'll go to a 4thgen console atleast in my trans am. When he Camaro gets he swap I'll leave it 100% as is on the inside and out.

As I thought they were..
and I actually thought of that idea myself however im not sure how close they are to lining up in the middle and what not.. ya know? I think I might give the fourth gen ones a shot but again I haven't checked if they line up where the ttop meets. All a work in progress though!

Hey nasty, wondering what size exhaust you are running with this? I am thinking of picking one of these trak paks up while the deals are on. Merry Xmas to me kind of thing. LOL

I also have an option of buying a used 4th Gen setup and from looking at it, thinking this could easily be converted to a 3rd gen setup with a couple of custom floor brackets installed.

Also, I was wondering if you ran into any clearance issues with your Hawks headers and the QT bell?

im running a 3 1/2 inch peice over the crossmember. if i had to do it again i would NOT hesitate to buy the trak pak as for the bellhousing.. there is no clearance issue with the qt bellhousing when installing it with the headers already on BUT the bellhousing interfered with me trying to remove my heads because the housing is so much larger than a stock one. ended up removing all of my studs on the passanger side.

I'm looking to buy the trac pak aswell, but I'm concerned about losing the ability to run true duals. Is there enough room to fit duals?

if you were to put the smallest part of the "X" in the hump in the cross tube then yes it would fir.. might require alittle massaging on the floor pan..

Re: 5.3 to ls2 86 camaro

well still waiting on my 225's to come in... so i stole this L33 from a kid for 150 bucks with a oil pressure issue. he said the screen is stopped up but i believe the sensor is bad, because the sensor has not been replaced and when the kid told me it would loose oil pressure he would keep driving it and it would run fine and randomly it would get oil pressure back. motor has between 23-24k miles on it
