anyone know wtf is the MIL wires are. one is black with ground and the other is red with power when the engine is cranking. the engine cranks and only stays on with the key still on the starter engaged position. i reflashed the ecu and deleted the vats

MIL stand for malfunction indicator lamp. Its your check engine light

There should only be one wire to mess with from the PCM. Your stock cluster draws fused 12v IGN from the fuseblock to the light, then when a trouble code is stored, the PCM grounds the circuit illuminating the bulb. Sounds harder than it really is

Just connect the PCM MIL wire to C207 pin C. Its the same pin from 82-92

thanks bro i got her to run finally but the fuel pump gets hot and cuts out i guess i mounted her too far from the tank. its on the outside of the frame in the front of the car. im broke now so i have to wait till next check to get the tools to mount it in the rear.

Sounds like a restriction in the line

Is there a pump in the tank still or possibly fuel filter on backwards?

its a walbro 255 external pump. i have the corvette filter with the return on it. i set the filter up the same way you did on your thread. i am going to mount the pump closer to the tank. a friend told me pumps push better than they pull fuel. hopefully it works i'll let you know what i find out next week. im totally broke now gotta wait till next pay check lol
