Read through as many members' swap threads as you can find. Some good ones: five7kid, BlueZee28, Pocket, ghettocruiser. It's really not that hard, especially since you have a complete donor car. But it does take time.

I personally didn't do the interior swap, but many have. Some do only the dash, some do dash and console, others have done the whole deal. I can't remember if the guys I mentioned swapped interiors or not, so you might have to do some specific searching for that. If you swap the 01 dash in you don't have to mess with getting thirdgen gauges to work with the LS1, which can be helpful.

The seats are a direct bolt-in. The dash and door panels can fit with a little work. But the rest I really don't think would fit.
