95 camaro no spark!

im helping out a friend that has a 95 camaro z28 with the LT1 (obv)

about 2 months ago at a local show he was doing a burnout and when he decided to stop the car acted like it was going to stall then it did stall but started right back up then died again. Now the car has no spark.

heres a list of things ive changed and or tried.

changed opti.
changed coil
changed PCM
checked all fuses and visible grounds

the car does have a factory alarm in it but i dont think that is the cause, but i could be wrong.. PLEASE HELP!

Sounds good. And you are for sure it has no spark or you assuming this since the car died? It almost sounds like a fuel pump or fuel filter issue. Just seems weird but could have an intermittent bad wire somewhere.

Re: 95 camaro no spark!

im %110 positive its not fuel related.i can smell fuel while its cranking and the fuel pressure goes up to 40 psi.

you can tell by the way its cranking too that there isnt any spark getting to the plugs.

Did you replace the Ignition Control Module under the coil too? I had a 96 Z28 that did the same thing but I was just driving and it quite. It ended up being that little module. Apparently since it is bolted to the head it heats up to much and gives out. Its an easy fix if you havent done it already.
