LT1 wiring problem

I was helping a friend finish up the wiring on his LT we had it started. So he decides to run the ECM inside and extends the wires. Hacked up the harness pretty bad so he got one from a caprice and he decides to leave the ECM under the hood.

We wired it up again and now cant get it to turn over the starter relay is clicking thought it might be bad replaced it still nothing. We followed Pocket's wiring diagram and I believe it is wired correct.
When you go to start it the radio will shut off any ideals?

I am not much on wiring just trying to help him out. Oh yea its a 95 also.

Re: LT1 wiring problem

If the relay is clicking, then its getting power and sending it through. Is the solenoid wire connected to the starter? Battery cable on the main lug?

Yea I think so, he told me he had to put a new starter on it I was thinking if it was clicking it wasn't getting it through. But it might be the other way around.
