motor mounts

Ok I have an LS1 and a Lt1 at my disposal and I'm gonna put one of them in my 15th aniverssary trans am....my question is are the motor mounts different on the motor than on frame position? Am I gonna have to fabricate something for it to work...? Thanks in advance for any replies

Check the swap stickies for both.

In short, you can use the 3rd gen mounts on the LT1. LS1, you have some options - swap mounts on the K-member with 4th gen engine-side mounts, or adapter plates that allow you to bolt the 3rd gen mounts to the engine and use 3rd gen K-member mounts (can't use 4th gen f-body AC compressor with the adapter plates).
