After many hours of research:

LM4?
Yes or No?
No: What with the 4.8 debuting as the LR4, the 6.0 debuting as the LQ4, the 5.3 debuting as the LM7, and the FWD 5.3 debuting as the LS4, many people got confused and mis-called the LM7 an LM4.
I went to half a dozen different GM websites, not one of them notes an LM4.
Since GM doesn't acknowledge it, it must not be legit.
I checked Wikipedia, and it was there, but you can't trust Wikipedia to always have all the facts correct.
If you have a GM vehicle with "LM4" printed on ANY of it's stickers, please post a pic. Also please specify the year, make and model, for independent confirmation.
Otherwise, there is no such thing.
