LKQ website for engines?

i found this website trying to find a lq4 engine to swap with and i heard its like a scrap yard where they sell old engines cheap and they selling an LS6 for like $3,800 which seems way to cheap but i can't find anything that shows why they're so cheap (like if its just the engine block) well heres the link

They are a chain of salvage yards, catering to the wholesale market. They do retail, but as you might imagine, the service offered to someone with whom they will deal once is a bit different from that offered to someone with whom they deal every day.

Note shipping choices - pick-up where it is located, or the cost to freight it where you are.

Being a used engine, that price seems absurdly high to me.
Old saying my uncle taught me: A thing is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If the seller wants more, then, in effect, the seller is paying his asking amount to keep the thing. In other words, it's worth more to the seller, so no sale.
LKQ might get their asking price for it. If so, great for them.

I buy all the motors I part out from them, I've only had 1 that has had some kind of internal problem that wasn't listed. Just be aware they only warranty the longblock, not the accessories or electronics.

that is true, but keep in mind, MOST engines we sell dont come with accessories, generally the drop outs we sell (such as LS1/T56 drop outs as an example) will come with them, engines alone wont come with any acc. 95% of the time, but if you bought an engine and the acc seperatly from us each part Would have a warranty.
