5.3 vortec
i was looking on ebay at a 5.3 motor out of a 07 truck or something but i thought a motor like that was a ls style motor and if it is what would kinda gas milage would a stock 5.3l get in my 89 iroc

Yes it is a LS type motor.
Gas mileage would depend on ALOT of things but could easily be in the high 20s if installed and tuned correctly. Emphasis on TUNED.
