new to ls1 swap
so i decided to do the unthinkable im crossing over to the ls1 side. i recently found a set of 98 trans am ls1 exhaust manifolds and a set of motor mounts from the same car. i was wondering what i should offer for those parts since im not really sure what they go for.
i also need to know what ill need to bolt the transmission up to the ls1. its a rebuilt 700r4. isnt there an adapter plate for the engine and transmission?

ls1/700r4 is a common swap.All your answers have been covered in here many times including good tips on what parts and do's/don'ts for the installation.I suggest since you are joining the dark side lol...readddd alot of the stickies and get a general feel for the ls series engine.Bolting the 700r4 will soon be the least of your worries
