Engine mounts

Hey guys, Im curious if the ebay set back plates and factory ls1 clamshells and block mounts set the motor farter back and or lower than the spoon mounts do? Also, if I use the set back plates, can I still use the hawks double hump tranny cross member? Will everything still be on the correct angle?

Thanks,

Dustin

Re: Engine mounts

the 1" setbacks should put the motor in the same position as the original sbc setup, believe the spohn/hawks should be the same

Re: Engine mounts

if you are using the ebay plates, you need to use your SBC clamshells and engine side mount. you should have no troubles using the hawks dual hump x-member.
