ls1 intake color
i have seen black and light gray factory LS1 intakes, any correspondence to years with color diff? any differences otherwise?

i know they can be painted, but although most are black that i have seen- i have seen a few that seem to be a crappy light gray color that appears to be more of a well worn factory finish than a spray job.

No, it doesn't go solid grey. He's seeing the FAST intake or a spray can mod. Weiand makes an aluminum intake with natural metal color.
The FAST 90 and 92 is still worth $600 or more used. I think there might have been a smaller version (FAST 78 ??) in the early days but wouldn't think it is worth anything now.
