Engine mounts? LT1 swap
I'm ordering all of the parts for my lt1 swap, as I have about a 3k budget for this project, and came across a few things uncovered.
Was looking through the general questions about the lt1 swap, and:
1) Will engine mounts for my lo3 bolt up to the lt1 without any modification? If not, does anyone know what will be required?
2) Are there any oil pan clearance issues as with some of the oil pans on the LSx's?
Thanks

Haha thanks for the prompt response. Good news then!
That makes me happier that i decided to go with the lt1 instead of the price gouging lsx. Are there any upgraded engine mounts/bushings i can use? Guessing polyurethane or something lol

You can go poly or solid mounts. You can also just buy the poly inserts and replace the rubber on yours without buying new clamshells.

definately go poly now while the engine's out. you'll regret it later and it'll be a much more annoying thing to try and do with the engine in
