LT1 Block Identify help please

the code that I have is VO515XPK, anybody got a clue, also she has brass freeze plugs, one with a thermal tattletale. I have never seen this sh---stuff in all of my 52 years???

Been rebuilt. Like all the rest of em that have thermal tattletales in em.

Doesn't too much matter what the "code" says THE BLOCK was originally part of; THE ENGINE that it's part of now, is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from that.
