Yea I haven't driven her for 2 years and just been completing the swap here and there as one allowed or shall I say as much Uncle Sam lets me off the lease lol it's been very slow process , it started in my apartment working on her in rain and out side parking area but now live on base and have garage so it's more easier and where I'm stationed at I just luck out having a lot of free time so it's very good feeling kinda like a kid in a candy store lol
Kinda mad cause I wanted to drive her this weekend to do some more datalog and tuning but I'm in the field all week lol sigh
Your car looks far cleaner then mines as I started on performance upgrades vs beauty , so I'm kind of embarrassed on cosmetic part but that will be my main focus for now since all performance upgrades are done

I'm using a drop out LS1/T56 from an 01 TA, and gonna throw heads/cam and bolt ons, Kinda standard stuff. Maybe try and spruce it up a little under the hood to keep it up to the old TPI's dress code lol.

Yea same here I stick with 243/799 heads and will later get them cnc ported as there mildly hand ported now and get a fast intake been really thinking of getting another thirdgen found a 5.3 t56 swap and just need interior and wiring for under 4k it's very tempting as it would be a good candidate for boost and swap t56 into my Iroc and auto into that one wife said ok but I'm still undecided

Congrats yea I just had my first son 3 months ago been trying for 2 1/2 years and finally she was mad tho cause I was deployed to afgan majority of pregnancy but made it in the nick of time as she gave birth after me being back a week lol

That has to be tough on momma with you gone. Glad your back though.Man I'd love to drag home more Camaros, but I'm still in trouble over the last two I brought home, so I better just get this one done up right

I'll be getting my 241's ported by Advanced Induction and going with one of their cams, throw some longtubes on there and shoot for 450 at the wheels.
I'll be getting another 3rd gen, a hardtop Camaro so I can strip it out and set it up to race the Newfoundland Targa, so the drivetrain from the TA will go in to the race car and I can do something like a procharged 6L in the Trans Am for some highway fun.

If its not one thing its another having sigh
3-4 shifting issues maybe good excuse to get a t56 maybe lol
This damn thing PULLS with this EPS Cam really interested in seeing under curve power
I can't tell difference from the old tpi just that after 4k it keeps going
Frustrating but fun day

Little update still having granny issues will replace 3/4 clutches and replace valve body and upgrade to pinless 3/4 and 1/2 accumlator
Fix tach c100 was wired wrong
Completed 4" exhaust for around 200 ish including muffler used 24" straight 3 90 degree
and 1 60 degree
Was having lighting issues tails and headlights for some reason I sorted that out and upgraded to led rear bulbs
And as you know projector retro fit and hid fog
No lights
Hid fogs on " looks a bit darker in pic could drive with them on only a little brighter than halogen low beam
Low beam with fog
Low beam with out fog
High beam and no fog
Fix tach c100 was wired wrong
