Idle video of my 5.3 swapped 89 Formula
I just finished my exhaust on my 89 Formula, Very happy with the outcome..
Its a 99 or 01 5.3 out of a truck or something.. I don't know..
Ported 706s
234/228 .576/.571 113
LS1 intake
stock manifolds
25% UD pulley
2 1/2 in H pipe
28in Glasspacks
Built 4l60E w/ Vig 3200
Anyhow, heres the vid.

I bought it brand new from my friend... I have not found any info on this cam...
I paid $150 for it, and tossed it in.. Wanted a cam before the motor went in and this one fit the bill..
Should work great with boost though.
