T56 to 4l60e pcm

Heyy i have a question i can get my hands on a ls1 t56 pcm but im running a ls1 4l60e can i just reprogram the pcm to work or is there no way do i need to get the automatic pcm?

Same PCM either way, it can be reflashed.
