Fitting a 6.0 into a thirdgen, some simple questions

I'm trying to plan very well in advance, so that this swap goes as smooth as possible. I have a few questions.

1.
I qoute "However, the second issue with the truck accessory drive is that the upper rad hose inlet points upwards, which hits into the LS1/2/6 throttlebody which makes them un usable"

Can someone further explain the Rad hose inlet situation? What is the fix here? An Fbody Rad hose inlet?

2. So the truck Ignition system does work, however I wont be able to use the Corvette fuel rail covers? Is there a way around this? Can I easily fab up some brackets to make the corvette covers sit a tad higher? Or will the ignition system simply not work with the FRC's?

Thanks!

1) Dent or bend the water neck or swap to a Fbody/2010 camaro WP

2) Redrill and move the truck coil brackets down some. Or simply dont use the ugly things

Sounds pretty easy! Also thanks for the quick answer Pocket!

Lol, are you calling the Fuel Rail Covers ugly? I love those things.

If you are running truck accessories, an easier fix the water pump issue would be to get an '07 and up water pump. The inlet faces in such a way that you can run the LS1 TB with no issues.

you can also buy dirty dingo water pump spacers and run a f body pump with the truck accesories also the PS pump my hit your steering box if it does get a PS pump pully from a 03 malibu v6 its 5.5 inches vs the truck 6.5
