hey everyone finally i get to make this post. I'm gonna do a t56 ls1 swap on my 89 RS camaro. hopefully by June and i want to make it a California smog legal too. but first thing first i need help on finding a machine shop in the ventura county area or near ventura county just need a reputable one because the last machine shop that i went seems like they didn't know much about ls1s. so please help me out. as tight as my schedule is i don't think ill make my deadline but hopefully you guys could help out.

swapping it in isnt hard at all..remove the old sbc,get the proper mounts for the ls1/t56 and bolt it in.Wiring it up and making it pass smog will not be the fun part.Heck I went from 305 carb/700r4 to my lq4/t56 swap in 3 days....having a deadline of june is plenty of time if you have all the parts you need ready.
