Blue Green PCM A/C reqest

Blue Green PCM A/C reqest
Has anyone figured out how to convert from a serial data A/C request to a 12+ on a Blue Green PCM? I imagine the secret is in the tune.
The PCM is a 2004 Cadillac CTSV. On blue side I have two serial data pins.
Blue 58, Blue 59. On all factory diagrams Cadillac, GTO, ect, with a serial data A/C request, it is ran to Blue pin 58. I am use to using this for OBDII port serial data. Are the two serial data pins interchangeable?
