LS6 vs. Truck Intake

i was reading up and would the ls6 intake be better than the trucks intake? it was on a article about buiilding a 6.0 and the name the internals and then slap on some cam and the ls6 intake for hi revving. Is that a good intake for DD and stop light races and freeway such and such?

The LS6 intake is a good choice for DD and mild modification power levels. I have one on my 5.7, which I drove to work today. Last September it ran a 11.82 @ 114 MPH (with sticky tires). I'd say it does alright.
