Connector help - Alternative?
Hey guys. I'm in the process of transplanting a ZL1 supercharger and I'm in need of this connector. GM wants $50 for this connector for a ZL1 HX pump and I'm thinking there has to be a less expensive alternative through Mouser.
Problem is I'm not sure how to even start looking for it on Mouser, so I'm reaching out to you guys knowing that there are some guys on here that can find just about anything when put to the test.

Crazy pricing on that stuff. If your willing to buy all components, and in bulk, you can get them reasonably priced but onesy twosy you gotta pay. Ive had excellent service and fast ship from eficonnection.com who specialize in such parts but they wont likely be much if any, cheaper.

That one maybe?
Its an inline connector so whats it matter. Cut the wonky one off and use a common 5-6pin weatherpack. GEN IV engines shifted from being exclusively delphi stuff to a mix of bosch and sometimes joint systems, so tracking one particular connector down can be troublesome
Next, I looked at the LSA hx pump when I did my last SC build. Seemed excessively expensive for what little it was. The tried and true bosch pump for Lightning trucks was inexpensive and simple to wire in (power and ground) using a common EV1 injector connector. I still used a relay and hobbs to fire it, but it wasnt hard to do
Anyway, thats my 2 cents

Re: Connector help - Alternative?
It looks like that plugs into the pump, not an inline connector.
I looked on Mauser too, but I think you may be stuck. With those goofy notches on the inside of the connector it may be a special part made specifically for GM. This looks like it, but I can't open any data sheets linked from Mouser for some reason.

Thanks guys I knew you would come through.
For what it's worth I ran across a Jabsco pump that a lot of the CTS-V guys are using...I think I'll go with that and bypass all these specialty connectors but the links will definitely come in handy for the guys over at G8board. Merry Christmas!

Re: Connector help - Alternative?
Different notches were for different series of each connector. Open the data sheet and find the link to the 2D drawing. The data sheet is part of delphi's site. Usually all series are listed in each drawing along with the corresponding PN. Some PNs are obsolete and mouser doesnt stock all that delphi offers, so you might be SOL on some things. If the PN is still active, you can google search it and find someone who sells it. Places like power and signal have nearly everything, but the minimum order is more than most people want to deal with

Its part of the 150 series, often called "shrouded". Mouser puts them in the GT family, but not many other sites do. They are the updated "pull to seat" style connectors which are redesigned as "push to seat" for ease of assembly

Doesn't seem to be Delphi.
Comment from one of the guys.. "It's a TE connectivity (aka AMP, Tyco)... haven't really done much digging but looks to be similar to the MCON series"

I spent another hour or so after looking at all the products at TE, and I am not convinced that last item i linked is correct. If it is, let me know for my own satisfaction, lol
