LS9 clutch/master/slave work with an F-body T56?

My boss had a customer who used an LS9 as his power house; he ended up going with a Mc Leod clutch set up. So I have been offered the LS9 clutch/master/slave & I believe the flywheel as well.

Can I use this set up with my F-body LS style T56? Anyone have any experience with this set up?

Any help is appreciated.

I made a kit to make it work but it involved a lot of parts. It uses a regular conversion flywheel that is used on other LS9 conversion kits such as for the C6 Corvette. There is less bellhousing space in the F-body T56 so I had to make a very short slave cylinder and adapter made from Ram slave cylinder parts and it uses a half in bellhousing spacer to move the trans back. In a 4th gen minor shifter hole modification is necessary but driveshaft shortening was not.

Thanks for the response! Do you know of a place that sells only the conversion fly wheel?

Any more info or pics on your set up? Just curious, thanks.

Here is the flywheel only.

The clutch and flywheel assembly will not fit in the bellhousing though without the bellhousing spacer and a short slave cylinder.
