Injectors are not working

The 1997 LT1 in my 86 Camaro will fire if I spray start fluid in the intake, but the injectors will not deliver the fuel. I have fuel at the fuel rail, and the injectors all have 12.5 ohms across them. I have checked the crank connection, the MAP connection and all the other connections I can find. I looked for a cam sensor, which someone suggest, but couldn't find one. Pocket made the harness so that is all good. What other sensor would tell the PCM not to fire the injectors? The air intake is off the car, is the MAF a critical sensor, I didn't think so. This is very frustrating. Thanks for any help.

The opti spark is your cam sensor. Possible problem with the opti? I would think you'd lose spark too though. Pocket is pretty spot on but I'd still check the harness. Specifically the opti pigtail.
