Bore size of master cylinder and thread size of brake line on proportioning valve

I have a 1986z28 that I want to replace the master cylinder with a wilwood and also change the proportioning valve with a wilwood adjustable valve. I need to know the bore size of the master cylinder and the thread sizes on the brake lines for the proportioning valve, thanks.

You want to select the 1" bore diameter option.

Pretty much all aftermarket parts use SAE double flare fittings so none of your original brake fittings will work. You'll have to create new brake lines with fittings that match the Wilwood ports.

My '89 Firebird had all metric bubble flare fittings. The following link shows you the sizes. There were some changes in the mid-80's so your car may be a bit different. It is inconsequential though because you'll just end up tossing all the original stuff anyway.
