My current project is the car’s interior. Before I installed new carpet, I ran a 4 gauge wire from the battery to the rear cargo area. It was part of a car audio amp install kit. I thinks it’s overkill, but it’s fused properly and routed well. I was thinking of using a distribution block in the rear. Maybe the wire can power both a subwoofer amp and the fuel pump. I’d use the current fuel pump wire to activate a relay. Has anyone done something similar? I don’t need the Racetronix kit, but my current fuel pump wire seems a bit small. Especially when compared to the 4 gauge wire I just connected.
