Fuel Pump Line Identification

I am having issues when fueling up my IROC and I think I plumbed the lines coming out of the fuel pump wrong. At about half full, the pump keeps kicking off. This usually means the tank is not vented correctly. I think I hooked up the lines wrong. Just to be sure, I need a diagram of where each line goes to. The only one I am positive is the fuel line since its has the fitting on it. I need to know where the other three go to. I know the three go to vent, vapor canister, and return line but which is which? I install all new fuel and vapor lines but by the time I did that, the fuel tank was in place and I was not sure which goes where.

Starting with the main fuel line, where do the other three go to?

Re: Fuel Pump Line Identification

The threaded one is feed, the next largest one is return, the other two go to vent and EVAP (not sure which).

OK, that two down and two to go.

These are the last two. I am assuming the right circled one is evap and left is vent.

Re: Fuel Pump Line Identification

[1] The thick line with the -6AN adapter on is the fuel supply
[2] Next one is the fuel return
[3] Next one was canister, cap off in the future .... or not... I've read it could function as a vent with a regulated cap
[4] Breather, leave as-is if working.

Maybe your breather is stuck closed?
