You can disable all the codes in your list. I assume you didn't retain AIR injection (I didn't think LS1's had this) and skip shift.
Would any of these codes put the engine in limp mode? I drove the car for the first time today albeit very easy for about 5 minutes. It was not what I had expected. Seems on-par with my 305 I'm waiting on one part so my a/c is not functioning yet. I'll wait a bit later and give her another go when it cools down here.
