well, its gone

after over 2 years of ownership and 6k miles, my 91 Z28 has been sold. it officially left on friday. i only had it on sale for about 3 weeks, i was pleased to sell it so quickly. i wanted to avoid having to store it again this winter. I got my asking price for it also. i just want to say thanks to many people on here for information and advice! i wont be leaving the boards though, i still love 3rd gen culture. im going to build a 91-92 formula before i die!

My father in law has a '93 with somewhere around 50000 miles on it.
It has a DRM (http://www.dougrippie.com/drm/engine_chart.htm) top end kit. Excellent condition but it's a auto, BUT, he also has a brand new Tremec 6 speed that will go right in. You want?

Re: well, its gone

well the guy i sold it to (looked to be 17-18 years old) said he saw pictures of it on TGO, so he knows about the site. whether he joins is up to him i guess. it was sad to see the car go, but im not sorry. i hardly drove it at all this summer because i knew i would be selling it. i just didnt want to make the car into a big project. i figured a C4 would be a better car to start with. now dont get me wrong, 3rd gens have a lot of potential and can be better than a C4. its just my preference

thanks for the compliments though

Pretty late, but why not? I am shocked to see it go. It was a very nice ride though. Good luck with the Formula route.
