hey there guys well yeas i finaly got pics of my $1000 iroc-z... the car is very very rust free other then on the t top bar... but there are some bad things about the car... but they are all easy fixes... the tranny is gone... the interior is in need of alot of TLC ... and the car def needs rims and tires... i havent had the cash lately to start working on it yet. but it will soon be under way.. tell me what you guys think... again ive been al over this thing and other then the paint being very very sun baked the body is flawless rust wise... thats the whole reason i didnt mind paying a grand for it...some of my plans for the car is 18 or 20 inch iroc-z replica rims, 91/2 z28 gfx and wing, 2 inch drop springs, 4 gen seats , new carpet etc, full exaust from the engine back, the 5.0 tpi engine runs very strong but im picking up an 87 gta ta that is very ruff body wise but has an 88 thousand mile L98 engine in it that i am going to drop into this car a bit down the road after i get some use out of the 5.0... there is alot more going into the car also along with a new paint job ... i just havent decided what color im going to paint the car yet...

lol smal update... i had it runining the other day... well after it blew a bunch of mouse nest out of the tail pipes it finaly idles and starts fine... 60 psi of oil pressure , no smoke on start up... the only prob im having is its surging from about 700rpm to 1400 rpm... when it idles... this car hasnt been ran in years so i assume maybe the issue will go away the more i run it...its not a quick surge its more of a slow... will idles fine for a couple secs then surges up to about 1400 for a couple secs then back down...
