So i been lookin on craigslist for a camaro project that me and my dad can do over the summer and i found a 92 rally sport with no engine or trans for $500 i went out to look at it and offerd the guy 250 and he took it so begins my project. Car is in good shape overall there is hardly any rust and barely any body work except for a spot on left quarter were some one tried to fix and did a horrible job.

 

hell yeah for 250 you got yourself a steal wish my iroc was in that good of shape when i bought it for a grand the more i sand the more mud i find and it sucks lol but oh well congrats man

you totally got a steal. you could part out 1/5 of that car and get more than 250

 

yea i should have some update in about a week currently working on a 69 camaro getting it into primer which should be this weekend i can get some cash for engine and trans.

 

$250?? Jeez I wish I found deals like that. I'd then sell em to make a profit.

 

What are your plans for engine/trans?

 

Going to try and find a good deal on a donor car with a good 350 and trans leaning towards a ls1 swap or lt1 but not sure yet.
