Re: Some night shots of the '88
For once, I wish someone would be honest and say

" I like my car, and I wanted to take pictures of it and post it on the web to see what you think" rather than "I was bored and.... LOOK AT MY COOL CAR!!"

Should do a search for "i was bored" and see how many threads come up as "check out my car" threads.

Im messin with ya... you've a nice ride man, like the way you complimented the crosslace wheels with black accents on the car.

Re: Some night shots of the '88
Lol Goku, ok you got me. That's funny. Keeslinger, I actually made those emblems from using regular S10 badges. I would cut off the "10",trim it with me dremel and JB kwik the other S on from the other badge. After that I would smooth out the Kwik, tape up the bowtie and the SS and paint it satin black. To put it in the rocker I had to be alittle creative with a razor blade and triming the badge till it looked right. Glued it in and there you go. Here's the engine pics I promised.

I thought my engine bay was minimalist (my bay looks very similar to yours.. MSD in the same place on the firewall after i remove AC and had a plate welded over the hole... but tell me you went as far are to remove your windshield wiper motor... am I seeing that right ?

Re: Some night shots of the '88
Goku I did remove the wiper motor, like Rocky said we barely EVER see rain here so it's not that big a deal. My future plans to clean it up further are to relocate the fuel lines to run behind the engine, run them basically next to the distributor into the TBI. I also want to clean up the wires even further, I 've already cut out about 3lbs of wire and loom to simple it up a bit. I would like to try a different way to run the brake lines so that they run on the other side of the steering shaft away from the headers. I think that would clean things up a bit more.

Re: Some night shots of the '88
Where did you put your radiator overflow tank? I hate the way mine looks and want to move/get rid of it.

I want to declutter my engine bay soo bad. Yours looks amazing! Nicely done.

And I want to get my wheels all cleaned up and redone.
