After I bought the car and cleaned 1/2 inch thick brake dust off the rims. When I first saw the car and in a video I have on my phone it looked like they were painted..




Then I cleaned it up some more..



Then I got some new tires so I had to burn the old ones off.

Then my buddy buffed her up and I waxed her.







Then Painted the Louvers.....

 

Then the headlight dumps aswell.. And thats how she is currently.

what did you use to paint the louvers and how did they turn out?

 

It's amazing how just a little elbow grease can really make a car shine sometimes. Looks 100 times better than before.

 

I used dollar store black gloss. And I have to sand them down again cuz the can shot aerosol and spidered up the paint. But it works great just regular spray paint worked fine for me.
