New to the site. 86 IROC hardtop
Whats up fellas? I've been around the boards about 2 weeks but always found everything I needed through searching, so I didn't really feel a need to sign up until about 3 days ago. Anyways, this thing was pretty neglected by the previous owner, mechanically at least. Needs a little body work but thats soon to come. Pics are from my cheapo $60 cell phone so excuse the lack of definition lol

It's just a stock 350 TPI. The wheels belong to a friend. He had them on his Nova which is in the process of being built.... but he dont have the right wheel studs yet. So he couldn't push the car in ad out of the garage. I loaned him my IROC wheels for these for the next few months lol. So yeah, it looks like it'd do something but its a turd. Working out all the bugs now from the PO's neglect.
As for mods, its got Edelbrock headers to a Y pipe, no cat back to a flowmaster, Accel coil and a cone filter because Advance had to order 2 oem ones and they were twice the price.

Maroman88 - Oh the IROCs are def going back on. I miss being able to take a curve lol. Yeah it's an addiction for sure. I wanted an IROC this time but was hoping for T-tops. Before I knew how many mechanical issues I had, I figured 2300 was a great deal for this one. It's still not a bad deal I guess if I really break it down. It just needs a little TLC and I kinda bought it at the wrong time lol. I run a landscaping business and things are starting to pick up alot now, which limits my available "tinker time" lol.
