3rd or 4th gen

I'm done with the 89 RS restoration

here are my 4th and 3rd gen nose to nose.

if you've never worked on a v8 4th gen, take a good look at the lack of access. It makes you appreciate the 3rd gen.

Re: 3rd or 4th gen

Working on a 4th gen is loads of fun, there's no room for anything. I think the 4th gen should be a donor for that 3rd gen.

nah

the 4th gen is restored as well although new paint will be coming within a year.

The 4th shreds the tires in 2nd gear with 275's all around.

It outhandles my 2007 stang so there are no plans to eliminate the 4th gen. for being 16 years old technology it is still impressive and the LT1 makes very good power with 1.6 rr's, a 93 tune, CAI, long tubes and ORY

I didn't need a beast of a 3rd gen and that's why i rebuilt the 305 and just put on headers and an open air element.
