2011 Camaro V6

I have a 2011 Camaro V6 . I have taken to the Chevy dealership many times with no help what so ever. When I put my car in reverse or drive It DOES NOT MOVE AT ALL . I can feel the car kick like it attempting to go into reverse or drive but I go nowhere. This is an automatic. Has anyone had this problem????
