1986 Z28
Just registered today and learning my way around. Will try to post in the right place(s).
Bought a 1986 Z28 last week. Odometer shows ~10K. Trying to confirm. Ran Carfax. More on that later. Please see attached for photos. LMK what you think.

Re: 1986 Z28
Thanks, Dave. I hope this response goes out to the community. I plan on doing further research here. In the meantime my basic plan is to keep the car mostly original with some well thought out mods that are not over the top. I'd like to keep the original drive train but enhance the power. I see most folks advise against putting any resources into the L89 but I'm not looking to set any land speed records or get into grudge matches. What I want is to get around the 300/300 range give or take and reliability is a must. The ride is going to be a cruiser with a bit of get up and go for my son and I. I'm close to where the Woodward Dream Cruise Cruise takes place. In fact there is a cruise every weekend in a nearby city throughout the summer.

Have a few Dream Cruise photos posted in my thread, pawrhead. Maybe I'll see you out there next year.
