so i yanked her in the garage after 6 months of sitting outside to see what it was gonna take.
come to find out it needed another ground added from block to chassis. And after some work i got it fired up and it moved out under its own power! all fluids , plugs vac lines were changed and some fresh fuel.

Reason: double post video
Anyone know the purpose of this cable on the left? It was disconnected and I can’t find it in the service manual
The one on the left is an aftermarket shifter cable. It probably had another shifter in it at some point and was switched back to stock setup and they didn't remove the cable.
So...neither of the power windows work and I determined it was the motors , that being said I took the door panel off and of course it was all water damaged and rotted in the front bottom corner . I made a patch outta son Xmas boxes and got some new push pins and she’s good to go
The extra cable on the shifter goes to the ignition switch on the column and is the locking mechanism that keeps you from taking out the key without putting it in park.
