Post some pictures of the car. I think you can post 12 pictures per post but can only upload 10 at a time. Fill in your BIO and the information about your car. Reply to a couple threads that interest you with something useful to say. I think after about 5 posts or so your PMs and ability to reply to and start threads in certain sections like the Classified Section will unlock. Some sections of the site replies don't increase your post count. IDK why.
