I have proudly been a TGO member for years and have scrolled it since I was a teenager. Now at 40, as my username suggests, I have finally found my 92 z28!
For the price I’m glad that it doesn’t have the engine and has already been prepped for the direction I intend to go with it and yes I did finally make room in the garage to properly store it.
**If anyone has recommendations on how to repair that lower door section I do have the “missing” piece and it was a fairly clean break**

It looks like paint will be in your future so I would try to find that broken GFX piece and just replace it.

Thank you sir! I tried the guys over at hawks for that piece and have gotten no response. They’ve grown quite a bit since I started dealing with them over 20 years ago. The local salvage yards show this as a commonly broken piece on 91-92 models.
